I'll check him out, for sure, but I still say Hendrie rules, followed by Howard, and then Bob & Tom.

Wow....Jerry Springer the next icon for the liberal sector....And just when you didn't think you could sink any lower than Micheal Moore.

Actually you could do much much worse than either Springer or Moore. Both unapologetically have followed thier consciences and become quite successful and influential people. While I don't agree with the tone and content of the Springer show I do agree with his politics and know that he is an intelligent and compassionate individual. If you're going to condemn him for pandering to the lowest common denominator then you must also condemn the likes of Limbaugh and O'Reilly as thier demographic isn't exactly filled with rocket scientists either.
Moore I admire for his tenacity and courage when going head to head with some very powerful, and ruthless, adversaries. (That would be bush and his cadre from hell.) He presents the truth as he sees it and whether you agree with him or not you have to admit that there are few that would be willing to take the risks he has or to devote thier lives to fighting for what they think is right.
So I personally would be honored to "sink" to thier level.

I missed Jerry but heard a little of Marc Maron (is that the comedian) and then some guy named Ed Schultz on the way home, who, amazingly, sounded quite a bit like Rush (in terms of his voice and mannerisms, not content obviously). I dunno, I'm all for the 'marketplace' of ideas, and the competition is good, but......no one can touch Hendrie or Howard.

Remember when Al Frankin used to do the news reports with that satellite dish on his head?
I always thought that was funny. LOL!
I suppose a station wide inauguration party isn't in their plans

So far I've heard a lot of Bush-Bashing, which is fine, but it takes more than that. I have heard some discussion of the situation in Iraq. They're adding new markets all the time, looks like they are here to stay, which I say is fine for the competition.
